The purpose of the Waccamaw Regional Foundation is exclusively non-profit; to support and promote the programs and functions of Horry County Disabilities and Special Needs Board.

Mission Statement

To obtain any and all resources to support and promote the programs and functions of the HCDSN Board which provides services and supports to people with mental retardation, head and spinal cord injury and autism utilizing a person centered approach to achieving their goals.
